About the Role

Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of contact/storage area.

Able to follow standards for issuingand receiving stock within the store's area of operation.

Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on parlevels or needs.

Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).


  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.


  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.


  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.


  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.


  • The Location is adjascent to the VGP Golden Beach Resort, ECR, Injambakkam, Chennai.
